Chocolate needs no introduction, I’m sure you’ll agree! Whether dark, milk, white or ruby, I love working with it all.

Chocolate flavours can be achieved in so many different ways, whether using it melted or with cocoa powder. What’s more, it can be complemented with so many other ingredients. This means the range of bakes available to this simple ingredient is vast! This led me to create a category all of its own for all you fellow chocolate loving bakers out there!
