Easter

For me, Easter is all about spring, beautiful pastel colours and chocolate! Not necessarily in that order!!

With all the chocolate and egg hunts that the season brings, it will not surprise you that it inspires me to get baking! Whilst most of the recipes here are based on chocolate, you will find a few that are not chocolate focused. If you have not yet tried my carrot cake tray bake, it is so easy and so awesome, perfect for feeding a crowd!
