Ice cream is truly an all year round pleasure for me, but most especially during the warm summer months. It is delicious, so versatile and incredibly easy to make.

My no churn recipes do not require an ice cream maker. All you need to make these recipes are a mixing bowl, an electric beater and a storage container, with occasional additional tools. Quite simply, you mix the ingredients together to make your favourite homemade dessert, then freeze overnight before enjoying!
