For me, puddings are hot baked goodies. This makes them perfect for cosy weather baking during those colder autumn and winter evenings. Additionally, they are delicious either on their own or with an accompaniment such as ice cream or custard.

Puddings, for me, should be warming and hearty. It should almost be like getting a beautiful cosy hug, but in food form. Does that not just sound wonderful?

In our home, the most commonly made pudding tends to be some sort of crumble. These are brilliant, as the children can get involved too without much fuss or worry of it going wrong! I hope you will enjoy these recipes as much as my family do.
