Oven Temperature Conversions

How often have you come across a recipe which uses oven temperatures you are not used to? Fear not, my friends! I have created a handy little table to help you with oven temperature conversions.

These tables will help with all your oven temperature conversions, including to and from Celsius, Fahrenheit and Gas Mark. Please be aware I have rounded the Celsius and Fahrenheit conversions to the nearest 5º, just to make it easier to read.

And if you are looking for an ingredient conversions tool, whether from cups to grams, ounces or millilitres, do check out this page to help with that too!

Enjoy and happy baking!

Don’t forget fan and convection oven temperature conversions!

To keep the tables above nice and simple, I’ve not included details where fan or convection would change the temperature. These are easily converted from the temperatures above, just follow these rules:

For an electric fan oven conversion, reduce the Celsius temperature by 20ºC.

If you have a fan-assisted gas oven conversion, reduce the Gas Mark by 1.

In the US, for a convection oven conversion, lower the temperature by 25ºF.
